• Proven leadership in premium restaurants specialising in coastal or seafood cuisine
• Expertise in contemporary dining techniques and seasonal tasting menu creation
• Ability to guide, mentor, and elevate a professional kitchen team
• Strong focus on operational excellence, food cost control, and procurement oversight
• Capable of working closely with senior management to craft exceptional guest experiences
• Minimum 15 years of experience in gourmet dining and culinary leadership
